Search Console now shows traffic from Google Lens and Circle to Search
A new “multimodal” search type in the Performance reports counts searches that start with an image: Lens, Circle to Search, image uploads and Chrome’s “Search this image”.
Google’s September 2026 spam update is rolling out
It started on September 24 and was still listed as rolling out on Google’s status dashboard six days later. It’s the fourth spam update this year.
